We are based in Sithapal Mandi, right across from the Suresh Theater in Secunderabad. It is a very easy place to find because almost everyone knows the theater. We share our office space with Jagannadarao. The building is quite old and sits on a busy corner where there is always a lot of noise from the buses and the people going to watch movies. Our office is not fancy at all. We have some basic wooden furniture and a couple of old fans that struggle to keep us cool in the heat. There is no air conditioning here, so we usually keep the windows and the door open. It can get a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we just wipe down our desks and keep going. We do not have a professional receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We have been in this spot for many years and we know all the local shopkeepers and street vendors by name. It is a very traditional way of doing business. We do not use a lot of fancy technology or have big meetings. We just take care of the tasks that come our way each day. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but it feels like a real place where actual work gets done without any pretense.
