Kukatpally is a busy place to be, and being right in the heart of it in Hyderabad keeps us on our toes. There is always something happening outside our door. The traffic on the main road is constant, but once you step inside our office, it’s a bit quieter. We have a simple setup here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We aren't big on interior design, so the furniture is just whatever was practical and available. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the city just fade into the background while we work. Lunch usually comes from one of the many stalls nearby because there are so many good options around Kukatpally. We don’t have a formal break room, so we just eat at our desks or head out for a bit of air. It’s a very grounded way of working. There are no fancy titles or strict hierarchies here; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to actually talk to each other instead of staring at screens. It’s a real, local business experience. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a small group of people working out of a crowded part of Hyderabad, trying to keep up with everything.
