Confident Housing (India) Private Limited

Our office is in Punjagutta, specifically in the Dwarakapuri Colony area. We are located at Sandhya Enclave, H.No.6-3-347/C/302. This is a very busy part of town to work in. Confident Housing (India) Private Limited has been around this neighborhood for quite a bit. The office is on the third floor. It is not a huge place, just a few rooms where we manage our housing projects. We do not go in for any fancy decor. It is mostly just desks, computer screens, and stacks of site drawings. We spend our days coordinating with various builders and suppliers. It is a lot of hard work to get a house finished, and we are right in the thick of it every day. Sometimes the traffic in Punjagutta makes getting into work a bit of a chore, but we have gotten used to it. We are not some big faceless corporation. We are just a small team trying to get things right for the people who buy our homes. We do not use flashy sales talk. We would much rather just show you the actual progress we are making on a site. People know where to find us if they have a question or a problem. We try to be honest about our timelines, even when things get delayed. It is a tough business, but we enjoy the practical side of seeing things built.
