Our place is located in Madhura Nagar, specifically at 8-3-222/B/7/27 in the Sk Nagar area. It’s a residential-style neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like those cold, grey industrial zones you find in other parts of the city. Confer Srit Solutions has been operating out of this spot in Hyderabad for a while. The office is a bit tucked away, which we actually like. It’s easier to focus when there isn't too much noise from the main roads. We have a handful of rooms set up with computers and all the usual office gear. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly focus on software and tech services. Sometimes we have clients come over to discuss things, but usually, we’re just communicating through emails or calls. We keep the place simple. There aren't any fancy decorations or high-end furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. We have our little routine here. Someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone in the afternoon from the stall down the street. It’s those small things that make the day go by easier. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small local team. We don’t have any grand slogans or missions. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. Madhura Nagar is a nice place to be based, especially with all the trees and small shops.
