Conduceit Llp is situated over in Zamistanpur, Musheerabad. Our place is at H.NO. 1 7 502/A/2. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of life on the streets. We are just a small group of people working together on various projects. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. We handle a variety of tech tasks, mostly depending on what our clients need at the moment. Some weeks are incredibly busy and we are juggling three or four things at once. Other weeks are slower, giving us time to clean up our files and maybe learn something new. We like being in Musheerabad because it feels real and grounded. There’s no pretending to be something we aren't. We wear casual clothes to work and don’t worry too much about the corporate look. The main thing is getting the work finished and making sure it actually works like it’s supposed to. We’ve had our share of late nights when a deadline was breathing down our necks, but we always find a way to get through it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we take it seriously enough. We just wanted a place where we could work on our own terms without a boss in a suit watching over us.
