Concept Food Pvt. Ltd.

We are based on the first floor of the Akash Ganga building, which is on Plot No. 144 in Srinagar Colony. It is a decent spot, not too far from the main road but quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. Concept Food Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people, but we stay busy enough with the orders coming in. The office is usually filled with the smell of whatever we are testing that day. We spend a lot of time looking at recipes and talking to suppliers about where to get the best ingredients. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up carrying boxes up the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. Srinagar Colony is a nice area, quite a few families live around here so it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We started this because we liked the idea of making food that actually tastes good and doesn't have too much junk in it. We have a few desks, a small kitchen area, and lots of folders piled up. It's not the most organized looking place if you walked in today, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. We take our tea breaks together and talk about how to make the next batch better than the last one.
