Our office for Comtech Sysytem Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 63, Sri Nagar Colony, over in Banjara Hills. It’s a fairly quiet residential area compared to the main commercial streets, which is nice, but the parking can be a real struggle for us and anyone visiting. We work on computer systems and networking. Our space is usually full of half-opened boxes, tangled ethernet cables, and old servers that we are taking apart for parts. It’s definitely not a polished corporate office. We have a few desks squeezed in among the stacks of hardware. Most of the time, we are busy fixing software issues or setting up new machines for people. We don't have a receptionist or anything; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. Sometimes we’re out at client sites all day, and other times we’re just sitting here staring at monitors trying to figure out a glitch. We’ve been at this address for several years and have grown used to the quirks of the building. It’s a bit cramped, especially when a big shipment of monitors or PCs arrives, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech firm in the city. We’re just a small group of people who know how to handle computers and like solving technical problems. It’s mostly word of mouth that brings people to our door in Sri Nagar Colony, and that works well enough for us.
