Computercare (4Ritz India) Private Limited

We are based in Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge City, over in Level 1, Unit 2. It’s right in the heart of Hi-Tech City, which is where a lot of the action is in Hyderabad. Even though it’s a big, modern complex with lots of security, our office at Computercare (4Ritz India) feels more like a workshop than a corporate boardroom. We deal with various computer-related needs and it can get pretty busy around here. The building itself is quite impressive when you first see it, but we spend most of our time inside Unit 2 just dealing with the day's tasks. It’s a lot of technical work. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something that needs attention. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't really bother with long speeches or complicated hierarchy. If something is broken, we fix it. If a client needs help, we do our best to sort it out as quickly as we can. Being in Knowledge City means we have good facilities and reliable power, but we try to keep things grounded. It's a professional environment but we keep the atmosphere fairly casual among ourselves. Most of us have been in this field for a while now. We know the ins and outs of the tech world. It’s just a regular job for us, and we try to do it right. We usually go out for a walk during lunch to get some fresh air.
