Comprehensive Estate Developers Privatelimited is based in West Maredpally in the Nehru Nagar area. Our address is 10-1-582. It is an older part of town and we have been around here for quite some time. The office is just a regular building where we handle the development of different estates. We spend a lot of time dealing with the legal side of land development and making sure all the permits are in order. It is not very exciting work but it is necessary for what we do. We have a small group of people who have been working together for years. We know the Maredpally area very well and we like being part of the community here. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones or the printer running in the background. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just a simple door that leads into our workspace. We take our work seriously and try to be as practical as possible about the projects we take on. Developing estates involves a lot of moving parts and we are here to manage those parts from start to finish. It is steady work and we are happy to be doing it from our little corner of Nehru Nagar. Sometimes the neighbors bring over some snacks and we take a short break to catch up on the local news before getting back to the maps.
