Commondoor Softwareprivate Limited is tucked away in the Red Hills area. We are in Flat No:401 of Arun Apartments, which is part of the S R Builders complex. It feels more like a home than a sterile office building, which we actually prefer. Working out of an apartment gives us a bit of peace compared to the main roads. We mostly do software stuff here. Sometimes it is building something from scratch, and other times it’s just maintaining what’s already there. We have a small team, and everyone knows each other well. We don’t have fancy job titles that don't mean anything. We just show up, open our laptops, and get to work. The building itself is an older one, but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. Being in Hyderabad-500004 means we are close to a lot of history, but our work is all about the future and new technology. It’s a strange mix if you think about it. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look bigger than we are. If someone needs software help, they find us, and we see if we can help them out. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We drink a lot of chai and talk about how to make the code run faster. That’s pretty much our day. There is always someone fixing a bug while someone else is making a phone call.
