At Cognxt Infotech Llp, we work out of Flat No 303 in the Sai Mayuri Residency building. The address is 1 1 538/1, right in Gandhi Nagar. It’s an apartment building that houses both families and some small professional setups like ours. Working from flat 303 gives us a bit of a homey feel, which we actually prefer over a sterile office block in a business park. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take short breaks to look at the street below and get some fresh air. Inside, it’s all about the tech and getting things done. We have workstations lined up where we handle our various software and info-tech tasks throughout the day. Gandhi Nagar is a central enough place that it’s easy for everyone on the team to get to by bus or bike. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people who enjoy solving technical problems together. The building is usually pretty quiet during the day, which helps us stay focused on the details of our projects. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of empty coffee cups by the end of the shift. We like the fact that our neighbors are regular people going about their lives. It keeps us grounded and focused on reality. We just show up, do the best work we can, and head home after the job is finished.
