Our place is on the ground floor over at Road No.10C in Gayathri Hills. It’s part of the Jubilee Hills area, but this specific road is a bit quieter than the main thoroughfares. The address is a bit of a mouthful—8-2-293/82/B/19—so we usually just tell people to look for the building near the slope. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators, and it stays a bit cooler in the summer. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for a while now, running our tech operations without much fuss. The office is basically one big room with desks pushed against the walls. We have a small area in the back for storage and a tiny bathroom. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see people in suits. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts and just focus on the code or whatever project is on the table that day. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we all have to go out and help the driver navigate the narrow turn. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't have a big budget for fancy perks, so we just focus on making sure the internet is fast and the tea is hot. It’s a decent way to work, and being in Gayathri Hills means it's a bit greener than other parts of the city.
