Codem Software Solutions

We are Codem Software Solutions, and we work out of a house-turned-office at Hno: S1-B-153 in Sachivalaya Nagar. This is in the Vanasthalipuram area of Hyderabad. Being in a residential neighborhood means it’s a lot quieter than the main commercial hubs of the city. We like it this way because it’s easier to focus on our software work without all the honking and chaos. The building is a typical house, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We use the main rooms as our work areas. There are trees outside that give us a bit of shade, which helps keep the place cool in the summer. We have our servers and workstations set up where the living room used to be. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes when everyone is in, but we make it work. We handle all sorts of coding and tech tasks here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal rules. We just get our tasks finished and keep things moving. We usually take turns bringing in snacks or making tea in the small kitchen. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere compared to a big company. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Vanasthalipuram.
