Our office is tucked away in Srinagar Colony, specifically at Plot No 239 in Phase 1 of the KP Colony Nilayam area. It’s right near Yousufguda, so the traffic can be a real headache some mornings. CNDU INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a small team handling infrastructure stuff. We do a lot of the heavy lifting that people don’t really notice until it’s finished. Our space in Sri Ram Nagar is usually full of people coming and going from different sites. We’ve been at this for a while, and it’s rarely a quiet day. Between the phones ringing and the site visits, there’s always something to manage. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. We’re more about boots on the ground and getting our hands dirty when needed. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we try to stay on top of it. Hyderabad is a busy place to do business, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the infrastructure around here. We just try to keep our projects moving forward without too much fuss. It's a lot of coordination with different departments and making sure the materials are where they need to be. We focus on the practical side of things. If something isn't working, we figure out a way to fix it and move on to the next task.
