Our team is small, and we spend most of our time working on various tech projects. It’s a lot of head-down work, making sure things run properly. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of tangled cables that we really should organize one day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh office. We’d rather spend our time actually working on the technology side of things. Sometimes the local tea shop guy brings us snacks in the evening, which is always a highlight of the day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just seeing our sign. It's a simple operation, really. We show up, we do the work, and then we go home to our families. Some days are harder than others, especially when we hit a wall with a project, but we always manage to figure it out eventually.
