Our place is in Manikonda, specifically at Flat 312 in Gayathri Residency. If you know the Sy No. 120 area, we are right there. It is a residential building, so it feels pretty relaxed throughout the day. Chitlu Innovations Private Limited isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group of people who just wanted a decent place to work from that wasn't too far from where some of us live. Being in Hyderabad, the traffic can be a nightmare, so this location in Manikonda is actually pretty convenient for the team. We have been here for a bit now, and the office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It is not the kind of place with a ping pong table or free snacks everywhere, but we get our work done. Sometimes the elevators in the residency act up, so we end up taking the stairs, but that is just part of being in an older building. We handle our daily business here without much drama. People often ask what it is like working out of an apartment, and honestly, it is quite comfortable. You don't feel like a cog in a machine when you can see the kitchen from your desk. It keeps things grounded. We are just a bunch of folks trying to build something useful while staying out of the way of the more hectic parts of town.
