K. S. N. Constructions

K. S. N. Constructions has its office at 1-1-336/39/b in Viveknagar, which is over in the Chikadpally area. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. It’s a simple office, mostly filled with rolls of plans, some samples of materials, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don’t have a fancy showroom to show off our work. We think the things we’ve built around the city speak for themselves. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the markets nearby, but we’re usually too busy to notice. There’s no big corporate structure here. It’s just a small crew of us. We don’t use any sales talk or make big promises we can’t keep. We just look at the job, tell you what it will take, and then get it done. We’ve stayed in Chikadpally because it’s a central spot and easy for us to get our equipment where it needs to go. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just show up on time and do the work that is expected of us. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest construction firm in Hyderabad; we’re just K. S. N. Constructions, doing our thing from Viveknagar every day.
