Chhajed Sanjay Dhanraj

I’m working out of My Home Navadweepa over in Madhapur, specifically in the Prithvi block, room 310. It’s a bit of a strange mix because it’s a residential complex, but I’ve got my business operations set up here. It makes for a shorter commute, that’s for sure. My day is usually spent at my desk going through spreadsheets and talking to clients on the phone. Madhapur is always changing with new buildings going up every week, so it can get pretty loud with all the drilling and the heavy trucks passing by on the main road. I don’t have a massive staff or a big corporate office with a receptionist. It’s mostly just me handling the accounts and the logistics. Sometimes a courier comes by to drop off documents, or I have to run down to the lobby to meet someone quickly. The elevators in this block are notoriously slow, especially around lunchtime when everyone is headed out, so I’ve learned to be patient. I started this business under my own name because I wanted to keep things simple and direct. I don't use any complicated software or marketing tricks. I just keep track of what needs to be done and I do it. It’s a quiet way to work, and being in a residential area means I can actually get some peace once the construction stops for the day. It’s just a regular, one-man operation trying to stay organized.
