Our office is in one of those older buildings that has seen better days. It's a bit cramped, and the stairs are steep, but it works for us. We do construction stuff, mostly helping out with renovations or small building jobs around this area. It gets really loud outside with all the students and traffic, but we just shut the door and get to work. We aren't some big firm with glass walls. We have old wooden desks and a fan that squeaks a little. Most of our work happens on-site anyway. We spend the day visiting different spots in the city, checking if the workers showed up and if the materials arrived. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule and we have to push everything back. That’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the streets of 500038 pretty well. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We don't talk much about goals or visions, we just try to finish the job we started so we can move to the next one. It's simple enough and we like the local food shops around the corner. We spend our lunch breaks there most days.
