Chadalavada Infratech Ltd.

Chadalavada Infratech Ltd. is located at 8-3-988/19 in SBH Colony. We are near the Srinagar Colony Post area. It is a nice enough spot to work from. We do infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and dealing with all the government paperwork that comes with it. It is not the most exciting work in the world, but it is necessary for things to get built. The office is a bit crowded with files and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. We have a few desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. People come and go all day long. Sometimes it feels like we are just managing a big puzzle where the pieces do not always fit together perfectly. We try to keep things simple. If a problem comes up, we talk it out and find a way through it. There is no magic to what we do. It is just long hours and a lot of follow-up calls to vendors and contractors. Working in Srinagar Colony is convenient because most things we need are close by. We have been doing this for some time now and have found our rhythm. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, the nearest person just picks up the phone. It is a very hands-on environment here. We stay until the jobs are finished.
