Our office is in the Sai Suvarna Enclave over in Sainatha Puram. It’s flat number 303, right in the Officer’s Colony. Hyderabad is a huge city, but this specific part of town has a bit more of a settled and quiet feel to it. Captain Cherukuri Rama Rao is the one who runs things here. We spend our time looking for people to fill various jobs, mostly higher-up positions since our name says talent search. It’s a lot of looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone throughout the day. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough space for what we need to get done. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that are usually pretty full. It’s a standard professional space, but without that cold feel of a big city skyscraper. We get to know the people who come in quite well over time. Being in a residential enclave means it’s relatively quiet, though the main roads nearby are always humming with traffic. We don't have any big posters or branding on the walls, just a functional space where we can focus on work. We’ve been in Plot No 26 for a while now. It’s just us doing our part to help people find their next career move. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until the evening hours. Nothing flashy about it, just practical recruitment work.
