Centrum Capital Limited

We are located in a house, specifically Hno 9 48 1, in the Venkateshwaranagar area of Malkajgiri. Hyderabad is a big city, but this part feels a bit more like a proper neighborhood. Centrum Capital Limited has been operating from this residential-style building for quite a while. It doesn't look like an office from the street, which we actually quite like. There is a small garden out front that is mostly just overgrown grass and a few hardy plants. Inside, the rooms are quite large with high ceilings, but we’ve filled them up with metal desks and old computer monitors. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we are doing. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; if someone knocks on the door, whoever is closest just gets up to answer it. The commute can be a bit of a trek for those of us living on the other side of Hyderabad, but the area is quiet enough that it’s worth it. We often share snacks in the afternoon, usually something spicy from the market nearby. It’s a very simple setup where we focus on the tasks at hand without any distractions. There is a lot of paperwork to get through most days, so we just put our heads down and get on with it. It’s just a honest, local place.
