We’ve been here in Hitec City for a while now. The office is right in the middle of Madhapur, which gets pretty busy during the week. Most of what we do here at Centre For Organization Developmenthyderabad involves working with different groups to figure out how they can run things better. It isn't always glamorous work, but it's what we know. Sometimes the traffic in Hyderabad makes it a bit tough to get around, but we manage. People stop by to talk about their teams or how to get their staff on the same page. It’s mostly just us sitting down and looking at how things are actually working on the ground. We don't really do the big flashy presentations or anything like that. It’s more about sitting in a room and talking through problems until they make sense. The area around here has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up. Being in Madhapur means we see a lot of different people from all kinds of companies. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we get through the day. It’s a decent place to work and the folks here are alright. We just try to be helpful when people come to us with issues they can't quite solve themselves. We aren't fans of jargon or complicated theories. We just look at what's happening and try to find a way forward that makes sense for everyone.
