Centre For Organization Development

We are located at Hno 16 1 18 56 in Roselandcolony, Saidabad, Hyderabad. The Centre For Organization Development has been operating from this house for a while. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main roads of Hyderabad. The house number is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find Roselandcolony, we aren't too hard to spot. We work on helping organizations grow and get better. It’s not about flashy seminars or big speeches for us. We just sit down and figure out how things can work more smoothly. The office is essentially a home that we’ve repurposed. It has a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a small garden area out front. It feels very relaxed, which helps us think clearly. We don't have a corporate headquarters with a dozen elevators. We just have our rooms filled with books and files. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during a meeting, but we don't mind. It makes the place feel real. We are just a group of people who are interested in how groups of people work together. Being in Saidabad gives us a nice bit of distance from the high-tech city rush. We prefer this slower pace. It lets us focus on the actual development part of our name without all the distractions of a big business park.
