We’re located out in Urappakkam, at Plot No 135 on 3rd Cross Street in Rail Senthil Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of Chennai, but it’s a quieter area to work in. The office is a basic ground-floor setup. You can hear the trains passing by every now and then since we are in the Rail Senthil Nagar colony. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small area in the back for the heavy equipment. The walls are painted a plain off-white, and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. It’s a small team here, just five or six of us on a normal day. We spend most of our time dealing with electronic components and checking circuit boards. The Chennai heat can be quite something, so we rely on a couple of old air conditioners to keep the place bearable. We don't have a fancy sign, just the address on the gate. Most people find us by asking the neighbors. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just need a place to sit and do our work. There’s a small tea shop around the corner where we usually end up during our breaks. It’s a practical workspace for people who just want to get their jobs done and go home to their families at the end of the day.
