Our office is situated on Mlas Colony Road No. 12 Banjara Hills. It’s a decent location, though the traffic on Road 12 can be a real headache during the rush hours. Doing biolab work for Celestial Biolabs means being pretty careful about how everything is handled. The building itself is an older one, and it has its own little quirks, like the way the door sticks sometimes when it’s humid. A few different rooms are set up for different types of work instead of a wide-open floor plan. Most of us have been working together for years, so it feels a bit like a small family. Every day starts with a quick chat about what needs to be done. There are always plenty of samples to look at and reports to finish. Since we don't have a dedicated receptionist, whoever is closest to the door usually lets people in. It’s a practical way of doing things. The neighborhood is mostly residential around us, so it stays relatively calm once you get off the main road. Hours are spent staring at screens or through lenses. It’s a steady job and the location is good despite the commute. Focus is always on getting the lab work done correctly every day. We just keep to our routine and make sure the results are accurate for every batch we test. It is a quiet place to get things done.
