When you step outside, you are immediately in the middle of a massive wholesale market with trucks, rickshaws, and people carrying goods everywhere. It’s loud, busy, and full of life. Inside Lakshmi Towers, things are a bit more contained, but you still feel the energy of the market. We have a small team working from this flat. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of notes scattered around. Getting to the 3rd floor is part of our daily exercise. We chose this spot because it is central and very well-connected, even if the traffic in Begum Bazar can be a nightmare sometimes. Most of us have figured out the best times to arrive and leave to avoid the worst of the congestion. It is a very real, very busy place to run a business, and we are right in the thick of it every single day.
