Careers Ias Institute is right on the Main Road in Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad. If you know the area, you know it is the hub for people preparing for exams. Ashok Nagar is a place that feels like it’s always awake. We are on the main stretch, so we see thousands of people passing by every single day. Our building is a simple one, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have set up rooms where people can sit and study for hours. It’s a practical environment. We have bookshelves and some old tables. People come here with a lot of focus, and we try to provide a space that matches that. There’s no corporate reception or anything. You just walk in and see people working. The neighborhood has a lot of small tea stalls and bookshops, so it’s a very specific kind of atmosphere. We’ve been part of this street for a while now. The hum of the traffic signals becomes background noise after a while. We don’t spend much time on decorations; we just make sure there are enough chairs for everyone.
