We’re over in Hyderabad, specifically in the Triveni Nagar area near the Balapur X Road. Our office is set up in House Number 149. It is a very busy area, especially with all the traffic coming through the crossroads throughout the day. The office itself is pretty straightforward and simple. It is just a house that we have repurposed so we can do our work for Capital Iq. We do not have those big glass windows like the offices you see over in Hitech City. Instead, we have regular windows that look out onto the local street. Inside, it is all about the work. We have got our computers set up and shelves for all our files and folders. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes with all the bikes and cars, but we have mostly gotten used to it by now. We handle a lot of data processing and information tasks here. It is a small group of us, so we all know each other pretty well. There is no corporate dress code to follow; we just wear what is comfortable for the Hyderabad weather. Often, we will take turns getting tea for the whole office from the little shop just down the road. It is not a fancy life, but it is a good, reliable place to work. We focus on getting through our daily targets without much distraction. The location is convenient for most of us to get to in the morning.
