Our spot is located over in Jawahar Colony, specifically at Hno 1 36 2 3 2A on Road No 04 in Chanda Nagar. It’s part of the wider Hyderabad area, though most locals just call it Hyd 50. We are technically a division of Standards Poors, but on the ground here at Capital Iq, it feels a lot more like a local operation. We share the space near Renukac and K Narasingh Rao Gaud's place. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes the workday feel a bit less stressful than being stuck in a high-rise downtown. We do a lot of data work and keep things running smoothly from our desks. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can focus. Sometimes the directions to find us can be a bit tricky because of the house numbers in this part of town, but once you find Road No 04, you’re basically there. We’ve been here for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the colony. There’s always some activity on the street outside. We don't have a big reception area or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s just how we do things. We keep busy with our assignments and try not to make too much noise for the neighbors. It’s a good place to work and stay productive without the corporate bells and whistles.
