Canny Life Spaces Private Limited

We are located at Sri Sai Silicon Heights in the Sa Society area of Hyderabad. Our office is in flat G-2 on plot number 118. Canny Life Spaces is a small company. We focus on building spaces where people can actually live and feel comfortable. We aren't a big developer with thousands of staff. There are only a few of us here. We spend our time looking at floor plans and going to our construction sites to check on the progress. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the fan and people talking on their mobiles. We started this business because we wanted to create decent housing in the city. We don't use any of that fancy marketing language. We just talk like normal people. If a project is going to be late, we say so. If the price of steel goes up, we have to deal with it. It’s not always a smooth ride, and we’ve had our share of problems with contractors and weather. But we stay at it. Most of our clients are people who have heard about us from their friends. We don’t spend money on big billboards. We’d rather just put that money into the buildings. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to do a good job and build something that stays standing. We like what we do, even on the hard days.
