Callite Foods India is located out in Vanasthalipuram. We’ve got our place at Plot Number 74/79 in Dwarakamai Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it’s a good area for what we do. We deal with food products, so there is always something going on in the kitchen or the storage area. It gets pretty warm in Hyderabad, so we have to be careful about how we store everything. We aren't some giant factory you'd see in a movie. It's a more modest operation where we actually know everyone’s name. My brother and a few others help me keep things moving. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the packaging is right. It’s messy work sometimes, but it’s what we know. Vanasthalipuram has changed a lot since we first moved in. More houses, more traffic. We get our supplies delivered, and then we process them right here. There’s no big marketing team sitting in a boardroom. Usually, it's just us at a cluttered desk making sure the orders are ready for the next day. Sometimes we stay late when a big batch needs finishing. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the food and getting it to the shops. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing the finished product on the shelf is a good feeling. We just keep doing what we do.
