We operate out of Villa No. 36 in Lorven Homes, which is over in NRI Colony. It’s in Pragathi Nagar, near KPHB. It’s a nice area, though the traffic near the main road can be a bit much during the rush hour in the morning. Our workspace is on the first floor. It’s basically a converted house, so it feels quite comfortable to spend the day in. We started Calibra Technologies here because it was convenient for the team. We do a lot of tech-heavy work, mostly sitting in front of screens for hours. The rooms are filled with monitors and a lot of tangled wires. We try to keep it organized, but it doesn't always stay that way when we’re in the middle of a project. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. It’s not a formal corporate environment at all. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts every day. If the delivery guy comes, someone just yells out to get the door. We’ve been in this Hyderabad neighborhood for a while and know the local shops pretty well. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the colony gets really quiet. It’s a good place to work without too many distractions from the outside. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the technical tasks we have for the day. It’s just a small group of us trying to do a decent job.
