Caere Private Limited

Caere Private Limited is based out of the office where Vsrmurthy, the General Manager for investment banking, works. This is part of the Transwarranty Finance Ltd branch in Hyderabad. Even though the name on the door might be different, this is where we are located. It is an office setting in the city of Hyderabad. We are in the Andhra Pradesh region, as it was formerly known. The office has a lot of files and computers because of the financial nature of the work. It is a professional but relaxed atmosphere. We have desks set up in rows and a small area for meetings. The windows look out over the city streets. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day and there is always the sound of typing in the background. We usually start the morning with a quick check of what needs to be done. There isn't any flashy furniture here, just stuff that works. Most of us have been working in finance for a long time. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually talking about the news or local events. The building is easy to get to by public transport, which helps. We just focus on getting the daily tasks completed without much fuss. It is a straightforward place where we show up and do our jobs. We don't see the need for a lot of bells and whistles. Everything is quite practical.
