You can find us on the 4th floor of the Gumidelli Commercial Complex. It's that big building on Old Airport Road, numbers 1-10-39 to 44. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Caddell Construction Co. De Llc is basically just a group of people who know their way around a site. The office stays busy with phone calls and people coming in with site reports. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially along this road, and we're just trying to keep pace with the demand. We don't really do the whole polished corporate presentation thing. Usually, there’s dust on someone’s shoes and blueprints scattered across the tables. It's a practical workplace. We deal with the logistics of getting materials where they need to go and making sure the workers have what they need. Some days the elevators in the complex are slow, or the traffic on Old Airport Road is a nightmare, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get our projects done and move on to the next one. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the field. Most of our staff have been in the trade for years. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s honest work, and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most weeks.
