Cadd Engineers

Our spot is in Hyderabad, over in the 500018 area. It is a busy part of town and finding parking can be a real headache some days. We are mostly focused on the engineering side of things, so the office is full of old blueprints and stacks of paper. The computers stay on pretty much from the moment we open until we lock up at night. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We’ve been working out of this location for a good while. Most of us here have grown used to the sounds of the city coming through the windows. It isn’t a very big team, just a few of us who know our way around a drafting board and the software. We don’t spend much on decorations or anything like that. We’d rather spend the money on better screens or fixing the printer when it jams, which it does quite often. People come by with projects, and we sit down and look through the details with them. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating biryani at our desks. It is just a normal engineering office where we try to get the numbers right. There is nothing too special about the building, but it works for us. We know the neighbors and the guy who runs the tea shop at the corner. It’s just how we do things in Hyderabad.
