You’ll find us at number 115 in the IT Park Area of Nanakramguda, over in Gachibowli. It’s right in the middle of all the big tech companies in Hyderabad. Ca (India) Technologies has a spot here that is mostly about getting the work done without much fuss. Even though we are in a major IT hub, we try to keep things pretty simple within our own four walls. The office is a standard layout with desks and a small meeting room that we don't use as much as we probably should. Most of the time, everyone is just focused on their own screen. The area outside is always buzzing with people and cars, but inside we keep it fairly calm and quiet. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon slump. It’s a professional environment, sure, but we aren't obsessed with titles or hierarchies. We just work together to solve whatever technical issues come up. The commute to Gachibowli can be a bit of a grind depending on where you live, so we’re all pretty happy to just settle in once we arrive. We’ve seen a lot of growth in this IT park over the years. Our space has stayed pretty much the same, though. We’ve got everything we need to handle our projects, and we don't feel the need to show off with expensive office furniture. It’s just a practical workspace for practical people who know their stuff.
