C. S. Randhawa

I run things for C. S. Randhawa from my place at Flat No. 501 in the Sai Sathya Residency, which is located in Alwal. It’s a bit different than having a shop on the main road since I work out of a residential building. Most of my day is spent on the phone or working at my desk in the corner of the living room. I have to go out quite a bit to meet people or check on different sites, so I’m not always at the flat. Alwal is a nice area, and the residency is usually pretty quiet, which helps when I need to focus on paperwork or planning. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office suite, just a laptop, a printer, and a lot of folders. Sometimes it’s hard to keep the work life and home life separate when you work from a flat like 501, but I’ve managed it for a while now. Neighbors see me coming and going with my bags and files all the time. It’s a more personal way of doing business, I think. I don’t need a big storefront because most of my work happens through connections and people I’ve known for years. If you’re looking for me, I’m usually up here on the fifth floor unless I’m out on a call somewhere in the city.
