We deal with various technology needs for people who come to us, and we try to explain things in plain English rather than using a bunch of jargon that nobody understands. If a server goes down or a piece of software isn't behaving, we just get in there and fix it. We’ve had some long nights here, fueled by tea and snacks from the shop around the corner. Our team is small, which means you usually talk to the same person twice, which people seem to like. We aren't a massive corporation with a call center in another country. We’re just a group of people who know our way around computers and systems. Shivani Nagar is a good base for us. It’s convenient for getting around, and the locals know where we are. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. Sometimes the printers jam, but we handle it and keep moving forward.
