Bytehash Labs Private Limited is basically just us working out of Villa 18 in the GLC Cribs area. It is located at Sy No 17 in Phase 4, which is in Mallampet. If you know the Hyderabad area, you know it is a bit of a residential spot. We like it that way because it isn't as loud as the main city hubs. The office is really just a house where we set up our computers and desks. We spend a lot of time here, sometimes staying pretty late into the night. It is not a fancy glass building with a lobby or anything like that. We just have a small team of people who know their way around code and data. Sometimes the water delivery is late or the internet flickers, but we just deal with it and keep going. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just take the projects that come our way and try to get them done. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we have a good rhythm. The neighbors are mostly families, so it is a quiet place to think. We usually take our breaks by walking around the colony or grabbing a quick bite nearby. It feels more like a home than a workplace most days. We keep things simple and do not worry too much about looking like a big company.
