We are located on the 1st floor of a building in Arvind Nagar, specifically in the Domalguda area of Hyderabad. The door number is a bit long, 1 2 234 13 14. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, though the dust from the road can be a problem. Domalguda is an old part of the city with a lot of character. There are plenty of small shops and houses all mixed together. Our office is not very big, but it fits the four or five of us who are usually here. We have a couple of old fans that make a bit of noise, but they keep us cool enough. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with paperwork and phone calls. It is a very normal office environment. Nothing about it is polished or corporate. We have some tea stains on the tables and some old calendars on the walls. We do not have a receptionist, so if someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. It feels like a small village inside a big city. We just stay focused on our daily tasks and try to get through the week. It is what it is.
