Finding our place can be a little tricky because of the address. We are at New No 13, which used to be Old No 4 1 1. We’ve had to give directions quite a few times over the years to delivery drivers and new clients. We do consulting work for businesses. It’s not about being the smartest people in the room, it’s just about having a different perspective. Sometimes when you are too close to a problem, you can’t see the solution. That’s where we come in. We sit down, have a chat, and see what can be done. It’s a very small team here. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just do the work ourselves. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We still like using paper and pens for a lot of our thinking. There are books on the shelves that have been there for decades. We don't really do any advertising. Most of our clients come to us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. We like it that way because it means there’s already a bit of trust there. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just want to help other businesses run a bit smoother. It’s a quiet way of working, but it suits us. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and we’re quite happy with how things are going.
