We’re based in Bramaneyulu in Bangalore. It’s a spot that suits us well for the work we do. We’re focused on recruitment and business development. Bangalore is a huge city, but we like our corner. It’s where we get things done. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. It's just a space where we can focus. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes. Finding the right people is what takes up most of our hours. It can be tiring, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this for some time now. We don't use any special tricks. We just look for people who want to work. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. Just some calendars and notes. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes our way. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes it hard to get around, but we stay busy right here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job as recruiters. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We keep it real and just work through our lists every day. It is mostly about being patient and keeping our eyes open for the right opportunities.
