You can find Bukka Constructions and Developers Private Limited over at KVR Enclave in Yousufguda. We’re in Flat No. 401 at H. No. 8-3-237/5. It’s a typical office for a construction team—lots of rolled-up blueprints, samples of materials, and a few old computers. We don't go in for all the fancy corporate talk. We’re just regular people who know how to build things and develop property. A lot of our time is spent out in the field, checking on how things are going. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction, like late deliveries or making sure the measurements are exactly right. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing this for long enough that it’s just second nature now. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the office is empty because we’re all out on sites across Hyderabad. We like being based in Yousufguda because it’s a central place for us to get around. We don't have any big slogans or glossy advertisements. We just rely on the work we do. It’s hard work, and we get dirty doing it, but that’s the nature of the construction business. We’re just a small, local team trying to keep busy and get things built. It's a living and we take it one day at a time.
