BUILDWORKS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Ashok Nagar, right on 19th Avenue. We’re at 11/1 and 19/1. It’s a good spot for us because Ashok Nagar is a place where things are always happening. We’ve been working on various building projects for quite some time now. Our team is mostly made up of people who grew up around here or have lived here long enough to feel like locals. We don't go in for all that corporate talk you hear from the big firms in the city. To us, building is just about putting one brick on top of another and making sure it stays there for a long time. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local climate and how it affects our materials. It’s a constant battle with the heat and the rain, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office on 19th Avenue is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of stone or wood. We like it that way because it shows we’re actually working. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished and it's solid. We’re just a local business trying to make a living by building things that people need. It’s hard work, and sometimes we’re tired at the end of the week, but seeing a finished building makes it worth the effort.
