Our shop is on Subhash Road in Secunderabad. We actually take up three plots, from 2-2-170 through to 2-2-172. It gives us a bit more room than some of the other places nearby. Bsa Gold And Diamonds Private Limited is the full name. Subhash Road is always packed with people and traffic. It is the heart of the shopping area in Secunderabad. We deal with both gold and diamonds. The building is older, but it works for us. We have different sections for the gold and the stones so things stay organized. It is not a fancy boutique style. It feels more like a traditional family-run shop. We have some regular customers who have been coming to this part of Subhash Road for many years. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we manage. We do not have a big corporate team. It is just us and a few helpers. We spend our days weighing gold or looking at diamond clarity. It is a lot of sitting and focusing. The plots are connected inside, so it is easy to move around. We have a large water cooler in the corner for anyone who comes in from the heat. The ceiling fans have been there since we opened.
