Brun Developers (OPC) Private Limited is located over in Kondapur. We’re up on the 6th floor of the building at 1-55/194/PV/601. It’s near the Masjid Banda area, which is a busy spot. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks set up and a few chairs for visitors, but it’s mostly just a place to handle the paperwork for our development projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. The elevators can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is coming in, so we try to get here early. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stops, but it’s not too bad. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of work coordinating with all the different crews, but we manage.
