We are located at Hno 1 7 647 26 in the Shastrinagar area of Ramanagar, Hyderabad. This is more of a house that we’ve converted into a working space for Bpo. It feels very different from a standard office building because it’s in a residential street. You can hear kids playing outside or the neighbor’s TV sometimes. Inside, we’ve got a few rows of tables with computers and headsets. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we are like a small family. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; just regular clothes are fine. Hyderabad can get very hot, so we rely on our fans and the occasional breeze through the door. We usually start the day with some local coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be done. The work is mostly processing information and handling some customer queries over the phone. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. People who need to find us usually just ask around the neighborhood. It’s a quiet way to run a business, and it keeps our costs down too. We just focus on the task for the day and try to keep everything running smoothly without any drama. It’s a practical setup that works for the team we have here.
