We’ve been operating in this part of the city for quite some time now. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a bit of noise and movement around us. We handle a lot of the back-office tasks that keep other companies running smoothly. Things like data entry, sorting through records, and answering calls. It’s repetitive work, but we take it seriously because we know people rely on it. The office itself is pretty simple—rows of desks and headsets.
