Bonsai Housing

We are up on the 4th floor of Ark Chambers, which is right in Kavuri Hills Phase 1. If you are familiar with Madhapur, you know how much it has grown lately. Our address is 52-6-74, and it’s a decent spot to see what’s going on in the neighborhood. We started Bonsai Housing because we knew the area and saw people needed help finding places. It’s a bit of a climb or an elevator ride up, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet space to talk about houses or plots. Kavuri Hills has a lot of energy, and being in Ark Chambers puts us right in the middle of it. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. Other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some coffee. We don’t use fancy brochures or anything like that. Usually, it's just a conversation and a look at some maps or photos we have. Madhapur is a big place. It’s easy to get lost in all the new developments, so we try to keep things simple for anyone who comes by. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are looking at other buildings. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay as long as people need a hand with housing around here. It’s just what we do every day without much fuss.
